1. "Mechanical zero adjustment" before use

Before using the multimeter, you should first observe whether the pointer of the multimeter is aligned with the left zero scale line.
2. During use, it is strictly forbidden to touch the metal part of the test pen with your hands
To use the multimeter, you need to use the test lead for connection. It is strictly forbidden to touch the metal part of the test lead with your hands, which will not only affect the measurement results, but also may cause electric shock.
3. It is forbidden to switch gears during the measurement process
When measuring the current and voltage of the circuit, it is forbidden to switch the gears at the same time, otherwise the multimeter will be easily damaged. Especially when measuring high voltage and high current, switching gears is prone to arcing, which may burn the switch contacts, which is very dangerous.
To switch gears, you should remove the test leads first, then switch gears, and then measure.
4. Gear selection should be from large to small
When the measured current or voltage is unclear, the highest gear should be selected first, and then adjusted to the appropriate gear according to the measurement results, so as not to bend the needle or damage the head due to excessive deflection of the needle.
5. When using the multimeter, it should be placed horizontally
When using the multimeter, the multimeter should be placed in a flat position, horizontally, and facing the dial when reading to avoid errors.
6. Do not connect the positive and negative poles wrongly
When measuring DC current or DC voltage, be careful not to reverse the positive and negative poles, otherwise the hands will rotate in the opposite direction. Once it is found that the positive and negative poles are reversed, turn the red and black test pens immediately to avoid damage to the hands, heads and other parts.
